**What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and control access to the premises in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.
+ Greet and provide assistance to visitors, contractors, and employees, verifying credentials as required.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to observe for any unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
+ Document and report all activities, observations, and incidents as required by site protocols.
+ Follow emergency response protocols and assist in the coordination of emergency situations as directed.
+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior within the property.
+ Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, and team members to support a positive environment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
