‍⚕️ Position Overview

As a Night Shift RN, you’ll serve as the primary clinical leader overnight , providing high-quality nursing care while ensuring comfort, safety, and continuity of care.

✅ Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver patient-centered nursing care during overnight hours
2. Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions
3. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
4. Collaborate with on-call providers and interdisciplinary team
5. Provide reassurance and emotional support to residents
6. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
7. Foster a safe, calm, and therapeutic nighttime environment
8. Supervise and support CNAs

Qualifications

1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
2. Strong clinical skills in geriatric or rehabilitation care
3. Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
4. Ability to work independently overnight
5. Compassionate, resident-focused approach
6. Current BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS a plus)
