Stepdown Registered Nurse - Pelham, Alabama
- Active RN license required
- Minimum of one year experience in a Stepdown or similar intermediate care setting
- Proficient in cardiac monitoring, titration of drips, and advanced assessment skills
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current and in good standing)
- Strong communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent critical thinking and organizational abilities Schedule:
- Flexible contract length based on facility needs
- Shifts and hours provided on request, with both day and night opportunities available
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to Stepdown patients, ensuring close monitoring for changes in condition
- Administer medications and necessary therapies with accuracy
- Collaborate with physicians and allied healthcare providers to develop and update individualized care plans
- Provide patient and family education, offering support throughout the recovery process
- Diligently maintain accurate documentation and uphold all safety and infection control xrczosw protocols
