Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active ASHA certification and state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to create a welcoming and productive atmosphere for students of diverse backgrounds and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide engaging and evidence-based speech and language therapy services, both individual and group
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring
• Offer training and resources to staff and families to foster generalization of skills
