Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in a variety of practice areas and play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence
• Assist with case management from intake through resolution
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and third parties
• Maintain case files and ensure deadlines are met
• Conduct legal research and assist with trial preparation
• Coordinate real estate and/or probate matters as applicable
• Utilize case management and document systems efficiently

Qualifications

• Paralegal experience preferred (law firm experience strongly preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and commitment to client service

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Experience with Clio Manage , Qualia , and/or Valleyrite
• Familiarity with real estate transactions, probate, or family law matters
• Experience working in a general practice law firm
