Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law.
• Utilize software such as Microsoft Office for data entry, filing, and customer relationship management.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met.
• Handle tenant inquiries and complaints with professionalism, utilizing conflict management skills to resolve issues effectively.
• Prepare and manage lease agreements, contracts, and other legal documents related to property management
• Implement marketing strategies to enhance occupancy rates and promote upselling of available units.
• Maintain accurate records of leases, contracts, and financial transactions related to property management.
• Collaborate with facilities management teams to address any operational challenges or needs within the properties.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants to enhance community satisfaction.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
• Experience in real estate administrative tasks and legal administrative experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of conflict management techniques and negotiation strategies.
• Strong office experience with effective phone etiquette and administrative capabilities.
