Rollback Driver – Repossession & Transport Division

Tri-State Recovery is currently hiring a motivated and dependable Rollback Driver to join our recovery team. This position primarily works nights and requires someone who is flexible, reliable, and ready to move when assignments come in.

This is not a basic driving position. We are looking for someone who can handle fast-paced work, stay alert, operate safely under pressure, and represent the company professionally in the field.

Responsibilities

• Driver transports
• Voluntary surrenders
• Impound recoveries
• Assisting field operations as needed
• Loading, securing, and transporting vehicles safely
• Maintaining communication with the office and management team
• Completing required photos, paperwork, and updates

Coverage Area

This position will cover:

• Columbus, GA
• Phenix City, AL
• Auburn, AL
• Opelika, AL
• Atlanta, GA
• Americus, GA
• Thomaston, GA
• Occasionally Montgomery, AL

Requirements

• Clean driving record (MVR)
• Ability to pass background check
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Rollback/towing experience preferred
• Must be dependable and self-motivated
• Ability to work nights and remain flexible with scheduling
• Must be physically capable of handling demanding field work
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Must be able to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations

Schedule

• Primarily night shift (Some days will be required)
• Flexible schedule required
• Rotating weekends required
• When the first load comes in, drivers are expected to be ready to respond

Pay

• Commission-based pay
• Compensation details will be discussed further during the interview process
