Job Summary
We are looking for individual to join our client’s team as a Call Center Representative. You will handle patient inquiries, schedule and reschedule appointments, and provide support for general hospital services
Job Description
- Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients.
- Book and reschedule clinic appointments.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments.
- Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements.
- Other assignment as necessary.
- Extensive phone experience and computer literate.
Skills Required
- Minimum of 1 year call center and payroll/timekeeping experience in a call center environment
- Intermedidate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working in a hospital setting
- Bilingual (Facility specific)
Education/Training/Certifications
- Required: Completed High School (Diploma or GED)
Additional Requirements
- Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate
- $34.00 per hour
