Job Summary

We are looking for individual to join our client’s team as a Call Center Representative. You will handle patient inquiries, schedule and reschedule appointments, and provide support for general hospital services

Job Description

• Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients.
• Book and reschedule clinic appointments.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments.
• Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements.
• Other assignment as necessary.
• Extensive phone experience and computer literate.

Skills Required

• Minimum of 1 year call center and payroll/timekeeping experience in a call center environment
• Intermedidate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience working in a hospital setting
• Bilingual (Facility specific)

Education/Training/Certifications

• Required: Completed High School (Diploma or GED)

Additional Requirements

• Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate

• $34.00 per hour
