Senior Systems Engineer IVJoin our team!Be a part of our passionate and determined team on a mission to use our skills and experiences to make a difference in the defense and aerospace industry.Position Description:Banner Defense is looking for a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will support the MDA Chief Engineer in transforming the way in which the agency approaches engineering. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with MBSE tools and is interested in utilizing those tools to help move the agency away from document-driven engineering. Responsibilities:Assist with capturing and developing new system models to become the backbone for how MDA will approach future engineering efforts.Leverage your skills with a variety of MBSE tools.Coordinate with internal and external teams to collaborate on models.Required Skills/Experience:Master 's degree in STEM field12+ years of related professional experience US citizenshipActive DoD Secret security clearanceStrong Model-based engineering experienceAbility to excel in a team settingExperience with Interface or Interoperability engineering domainsDesired Skills/Experience:Expertise in MBSE Tools (SysML, Cameo, MathWorks Simulink, MATLAB, Visio, ModelCenter, etc.)MDA ExperienceExpertise in C2, data transport, PNT, or interoperabilityAPPLY TODAY!!Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small BusinessEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO) employerReasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
