Spur Staffing is looking for a Finance Administrator Assistant committed to providing a positive, supportive, energetic, clean and fun environment for the Decatur City Municipality Centers. Decatur Municipality is seeking a dynamic professional with strong oral and written communication skills, problem solving and interpersonal relations skills with a desire to invoke positive change in families and the community.

The position is for the Youth Services department and will be 32 hours per week. Schedule: MON.TUES. WED. 8AM-5PM, THURS. 1PM-5PM, Fri-8AM-12PM

Qualifications

• 3 years or more of experience in Accounting/Finance, General/Cost Accounting, Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)

• Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures.

• Time-management and organization skills.

• Must have experience working with grants.

Responsibilities

• Finance Administrator must have effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Works well in a team environment and with upper management.

• High level of critical thinking and logical analysis.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Able to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines.

• Always keeps the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality.

• Creates and updates spreadsheets of daily transactions.

• Manages grant accounts receivable & reports.

• Reviews and process reimbursements.

• Assist preparing budgets.

• Pay invoices. Keep record and maintaining report .

Uniform: Business casual

Status: Part-time / Up to 32 hours per week

Pay Rate: $20.00 p/hour
