We are currently seeking a dedicated Patient Care Assistant to provide direct care and support to our patients. This role is vital in helping us maintain our high standards of patient care and ensuring that each individual's needs are met with empathy and proficiency.

Shifts Available:

1. Nights 7p-7a

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
2. Support the nursing staff with various patient care tasks and procedures.
3. Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
4. Ensure patient rooms and common areas are tidy and sanitized.
5. Provide companionship to patients, offering emotional and social support.
6. Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Nursing Assistant is a plus.
2. Previous experience in a patient care role is desirable.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A compassionate nature and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
5. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
