This role will be performed onsite in Huntsville, AL.

Summit TRC is seeking a motivated and ambitious Windows Systems Integrator with strong experience in Windows systems. The ideal candidate will perform integration tasks like installation, configuration, automation, test, and patching of operating systems and other system or network components. Key Responsibilities:

• Build, configure, harden, and deploy Windows systems
• Troubleshoot and solve systems-level issues
• Integrate and test hardware and software components to improve system compatibility and performance
• Implement and manage virtualized solutions through tools like VMware, Hyper-V, or different hypervisors
• Develop scripts for autonomous deployment, monitoring, or configuration management using languages like PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Ansible
• Automate the creation, deployment, configuration, and hardening of virtual machines and systems
• Collaborate with software developers, test engineers, and cybersecurity engineers to create seamless solutions in the larger environment
• Develop technical engineering documentation

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
• Must be US Citizen possessing a secret or higher clearance
• Strong proficiency with Windows systems
• Strong proficiency with other operating systems
• Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware, vSphere, KVM, Hyper-V, or other hypervisors
• Proficiency in scripting and automation
• Solid understanding of networking concepts
• Experience with maintaining cybersecurity best practices

Nice to Have:

• Experience using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), MECM, or SCCM
• Using containerization technologies like Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes in a secure environment
