Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and manage all FOH (front of house), BOH (back of house), and security staff.

•

Lead by example in maintaining high service and hospitality standards.

•

Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.

•

Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for bartenders, servers, security, and support staff.

•

Foster a positive, motivated team culture with clear expectations and accountability.

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets for sales, labor, and operating costs.

•

Monitor week revenue reports, cost of goods sold (COGS), and labor percentages; take corrective action to maintain profitability with CFO

•

Implement systems to minimize theft, waste, and over-pouring (e.g., inventory control, portion standards, POS auditing and pour aduits ).

•

Work closely with ownership on pricing strategies, special promotions, and profitability initiatives.

•

Approve invoices, manage cash handling procedures, and reconcile deposits and reports Metrics to CFO

• Maintain accurate settlement sheets with booking agencies for concerts and all events

Oversee ordering and receiving of all alcohol, mixers, food, and operational supplies and delivery schedules.

•

Implement regular inventory counts and variance reports, identifying shrinkage or inefficiencies.

•

Work with vendors and ownership on seasonal menu updates, product launches, and promotional tie-ins.

Be present during key operating hours (especially peak nights) to oversee floor operations.

•

Represent the venue with professionalism and confidence in all community and industry interactions.

Work with ownership to set and execute short- and long-term growth strategies.

•

Identify operational improvements, new revenue streams, and market trends.

•

Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to ownership.

Oversee the Collaborated efforts of our internal marketing team and our music and event booking agencies, marketing teams to plan and execute promotional events, theme nights, sorting events, concerts, and influencer activations.
