Are you an experienced Product Owner looking to join a fast-growing company with a mission to serve? We are OCV LLC . For more than 15 years, we have specialized in mobile app development for law enforcement, public safety, emergency management and public health agencies. Our custom apps for iPhone and Android devices help public safety organizations reach their citizens where they are: their smartphones. We have grown to be a leader in our field and are in search other motivated professionals to add to our dynamic team. We are currently recruiting for a Product Owner, DevOps to work on-site at our headquarters in Opelika, Alabama . The DevOps Product Owner will develop and execute product strategies that align with our clients' needs, market trends, and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, sales, and marketing, to define product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market research and internal stakeholders' input.
Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories and specifications to guide the development process of large development initiatives.
Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and successful delivery of new features and enhancements.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for products.
Collaborate with the quality control teams to establish and enforce best practices for ensuring the quality and performance of our backend infrastructure.
Participate in quality control procedures and reviews to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of our infrastructure and server side products.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business, engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
Strong understanding of technical topics like Cloud Computing and software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and interns.
Familiarity platforms and technologies used in Cloud Computing.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality mobile app products that meet customer expectations.
Preferred:
Proven experience as a Product owner of a technical application area or related industry, with experience managing teams.
AWS Certification
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise requirements and documentation.
Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis techniques specific to websites.
