We are looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly-motivated field sales representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory. The ideal candidate knows how to get the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients. $112,000 at plan

• Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
• Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met
• Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory
• Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM
• Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events

• Build a strong referral network to drive new sales opportunities.
• Design, estimate, and sell outdoor living projects such as decks, patio covers, and outdoor kitchens to homeowners.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales revenue goals by tenacious follow-up and solving problems for clients.

• Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred
• Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
• Should have working knowledge of a CRM

• Residential construction knowledge.
