As a Security Officer Screening Associate in Vance AL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto and more. Join Allied Universal as a Screener at a dynamic automotive location where you will help monitor entry points screen visitors and team members and support day-to-day security-related this visible role you will provide outstanding customer service use technology to assist with access procedures and contribute to a caring culture built on agility reliability innovation teamwork and integrity.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and vendors by carrying out site-specific screening procedures access protocols and emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Screen and verify individuals entering designated areas by checking credentials directing traffic flow and reporting unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while documenting observations and supporting security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around entry points production areas parking locations and the perimeter with duties that may vary based on site conditions and operational needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
