**Job Posting: Industrial Machine Operator** **Location:** Huntsville, AL **Shift:** 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM | Rotating Schedule (3 on/2 off, 2 on/3 off) **Type:** Contract-to-hire **Experience Level:** Intermediate **Job Description** Join a dynamic manufacturing team as an **Industrial Machine Operator** supporting the production of tungsten materials. This entry-level position requires operating machinery, handling materials, and working in a physically demanding and non-climate-controlled environment. **Responsibilities** + Operate industrial furnaces and other machinery related to tungsten powder drying + Move barrels of tungsten powder and load materials into dryers + Perform general labor tasks including lifting, walking, and navigating stairs + Maintain productivity and safety standards in a hot and dusty production setting **Requirements** + High School Diploma or GED **(Required)** + **Ability to lift up to 30 lbs** + **Strong work history and attendance record** + **Comfortable in hot (up to 120°F), dirty, and physically demanding conditions** + **Willingness to work in an environment with black powder residue** + **Available for 12-hour overnight shifts on a rotating schedule** **Preferred** **Experience** + Experience in manufacturing or chemical production + Mechanical, construction, or roofing experience is a plus + Familiarity with hand tools and machine operationsKey Skills **Primary Skills** **Additional Skills** ManufacturingGeneral Labor Machine OperationAssembly Hand ToolsProduction Industrial WorkRoofing / Construction **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
