Restaurant Manager

We are searching for talented Restaurant Managers and a General Manager for a NEW location in Tuscaloosa!

Qualifications of Restaurant Manager - General Manager:

• 3+ years of current Restaurant (General) Management experience in a fast casual atmosphere.
• Great attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for the hospitality industry and people.
• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on approach with hiring, training, and developing people.
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community.
• Maintains high levels of food quality, hygiene, and restaurant standards.
