Position Overview

We are seeking a disciplined and safety-focused CDL-A Vehicle Operator to join our professional driving team in the Tuscaloosa area. Minimum Experience Requirement

Mandatory: A minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience is required. Applicants without this verifiable experience will not be considered. Proof of employment history and driving record will be validated.

Safety Gate Requirements

Your safety record is your professional signature. To maintain our high standards, you must meet the following strict criteria:

• No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• Zero DUIs or drug-related offenses in the past 5 years.
• Valid and current Class A CDL with a clean medical card.

Compensation and Pay Scale

We reward consistency and professional performance. Your weekly earnings are structured to support a strong income flow, with the top end of the scale positioned at a ceiling of approximately $1,750 per week. Pay is competitive and reflects your dedication to safe, efficient operation. Specific pay details will be discussed during the interview process to ensure full transparency.

Core Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer in a safe, courteous, and professional manner at all times.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT and company protocols.
• Secure cargo properly to prevent damage and ensure load stability.
• Maintain accurate logs, electronic or paper, and comply with Hours of Service regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety gate requirements without exception.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience.
• Clean MVR and PSP report meeting our safety gate standards.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to punctuality.
• Demonstrated professionalism and a customer-service mindset.
