Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications
- Current CCC credential in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligible for Alabama Board of Speech Examiners licensure; must provide required documentation
- K–5th grade experience preferred
- Comfortable with both on-site and VOCO (virtual on-campus) service delivery
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities
- Serve a caseload of K–5th grade students across three elementary schools
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement IEPs
- Provide both direct and consultative speech-language interventions
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with district and state policies
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
