DevSecOps Engineer
Location: 100% Onsite - Huntsville, AL
Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance required

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to work closely with Agile Development, Security, and System Administration teams to design, implement, and advance modern DevSecOps solutions across the program. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in automation, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and containerized environments.

• Previous DevOps experience or a software development focus in automation .

• Experience with Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server/Workstation environments.

• Experience with Agile development and Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.

• Proficiency in system scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell, Batch).

• Experience writing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, or Bamboo .

• Experience providing technical support, training, and guidance to program personnel on DevSecOps tools (e.g., GitLab, Nexus, CI tools).

• Experience with Docker and containerization.

• Strong troubleshooting skills in both Linux and Windows environments.

• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and/or Platform Engineering principles.

• Experience managing third-party software (COTS, GOTS, FOSS) for efficient storage and reuse across the program.

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Basic proficiency with version control tools , such as Git .

• Experience with Agile process tools (VersionOne, Atlassian JIRA, etc.).

• Experience developing maintainable Infrastructure-as-Code using Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet .

• Experience implementing Git
