Client Experience Planning Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Experience Planning Specialist to support individuals and families with organizing and coordinating their travel arrangements. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their preferences, schedules, and expectations, helping ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned and clearly communicated.
You will assist with researching destinations, coordinating accommodations and transportation, and preparing organized itineraries that create a smooth and stress-free experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, attention to detail, and working in a structured yet flexible environment.
Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to gather trip details, preferences, and timelines

Research lodging, transportation, and activity options

Coordinate and confirm reservations accurately

Prepare itineraries, confirmations, and supporting documentation

Assist clients with updates or schedule changes as needed

Provide professional support before, during, and after trips
Qualifications

Strong communication and organizational skills

Customer service or coordination experience preferred
