Office Assistant
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Office Assistant for a company based in Somerville, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure office operations.

Pay Rate

$15.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm. (flexible)

Office Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customers service to vendors.
• Assist the owner with scheduling, planning, and other administrative tasks.
• Complete various office duties as needed.

Office Assistant Qualifications and Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Reliable and willing to learn.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
