About the Role:

The Telemarketer/Sales Representative for Weed Man Lawn Care plays a crucial role in driving the growth and customer base of our lawn care services through proactive outreach and relationship building. This position focuses on engaging potential customers via phone calls to educate them about our comprehensive lawn care solutions, addressing their needs, and converting inquiries into sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our services. Ultimately, this role aims to increase customer acquisition and retention, contributing directly to the company’s revenue and reputation in the lawn care industry. We're looking for motivated Telemarketers/Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you'll connect with potential customers, explain our lawn care programs, and close sales over the phone. We provide a proven sales system with scripts and rebuttals to set you for success- your job is to follow the system, stay positive, and turn calls into sales.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reside in Alabama or Mississippi.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM software or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a target-driven environment.
• Willing to work in a virtual sales room via Zoom
• Coachable and willing to follow a structured sales script.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sales or call center experience preferred, but not required (training provided).
• Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management best practices.
• Team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote Weed Man Lawn Care services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate lawn care packages and treatments.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally to facilitate successful sales conversions.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales goals by sticking to our system.
• Use our proven scripts and rebuttals to handle objections and close sales.

Skills:

The required communication skills are essential for clearly conveying the value of Weed Man Lawn Care services and building rapport with potential customers during calls. Strong listening and interpersonal skills enable the representative to understand customer needs and tailor recommendations accordingly. Proficiency with our software helps in tracking leads, managing follow-ups, and maintaining organized records, which supports efficient sales processes. Time management and self-motivation are critical for handling a high volume of calls and meeting sales targets consistently. Preferred skills such as industry knowledge and bilingual communication enhance the ability to connect with a broader audience and provide more informed, personalized service.
