Desktop Support Technician
On-Site & Remote Support
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for a variety of end-user devices and systems. This role involves resolving escalated technical issues, managing service tickets, and supporting hardware, software, and network troubleshooting in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues across desktops, laptops, thin clients, and mobile devices.
+ Manage workload through an IT service management (ITSM) ticketing system.
+ Diagnose and correct hardware, software, and networking problems.
+ Utilize tools such as scripting utilities, system management platforms, and directory services to support remediation efforts.
+ Provide support and training for Microsoft Office applications, including email and calendar tools.
+ Assist with imaging, deployment, and configuration of desktop systems.
+ Support and maintain corporate audiovisual equipment as needed.
Required Skills:
+ Experience with desktop and hardware support.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments.
+ Familiarity with Active Directory and system imaging processes.
+ Ability to support and train users on common business applications.
+ Understanding of networked systems and telephony equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 1 year of IT support experience.
+ Experience with AV equipment installation and support.
+ Strong communication and customer service skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Florence, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
