As a FOH Team Member / Host , you will be responsible for providing“Guest First” service, making the Guest the heart and passionate about what they do. This includes friendly, timely interaction with Guests and other employees; welcoming Guests; seating Guests; answering questions; following up to ensure each Guest’s needs are met in a friendly manner; and encouraging Guests to return. Every Guest is made to feel welcome at all times. You’ll also work closely with your teammates to deliver excellent service and keep operations running smoothly.

Minimum Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
Comfort with handling cash and operating a POS system
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Preferred:
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
Familiarity with food service operations
Responsibilities
- Previous experience working as a server in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or similar environment is preferred.
- The ideal candidate must possess outstanding hospitality skills and deliver exceptional service to guests.
- Strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are also essential.
- The candidate must work efficiently as part of a team and independently, take direction effectively, and communicate professionally.
- Additionally, the candidate must have a flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Welcome guests warmly and take their orders accurately
- Provide a genuine warm welcome to every guest as they arrive at LUCA, to provide a memorable guest experience.
- You will be responsible for checking in and seating guests at the restaurant.
- You must follow all Steps of Service and brand standards and create a hospitable, welcoming, and memorable experience for all guests.
- Maintain a well-groomed, professional, and polished appearance.
- Navigate restaurant areas, including tight spaces, ensuring all spaces are set according to plans.
- Take initiative, follow through on requests until completion, and utilize keen attention to detail.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Leadership team.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the FOH area
- Collaborate with teammates and management to ensure smooth service
- Support opening and closing duties as needed
