Warehouse Manager

We’re seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations in Lincoln, Alabama — a 100,000-square-foot, climate-controlled manufacturing and distribution center for sports equipment. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee pick-pack-ship distribution activities, manage a team of 10–12 employees, and drive productivity, accuracy, and morale in a growing organization that values culture and long-term employee development.

Position Offers

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all inventory, order fulfillment, and dock operations, ensuring accurate and on-time pick-pack-ship execution.

• Lead a 10–12-person warehouse team, fostering accountability, efficiency, and team cohesion.

• Maintain accurate records and implement management controls to keep product flow and inventory optimized.

• Coordinate daily with corporate and pod leaders to align production, distribution, and manufacturing schedules.

• Support warehousing and raw-material management, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing operations.

• Drive a culture of communication and collaboration, promoting teamwork, recognition, and shared ownership of results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of warehouse/distribution experience, including 3–5 years in a management role

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills — a people-first leader who listens and leads by example

• Background in inventory and dock operations, with hands-on knowledge of pick-pack-ship processes

• Commitment to building culture and driving retention in a collaborative environment
