Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will play a vital role in ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in commercial spaces.
• Conduct thorough cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet hygiene standards.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall cleanliness and functionality.
• Handle custodial duties including waste disposal and recycling management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations across different areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
