We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience in correctional healthcare to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering essential healthcare services within a secure correctional environment, requiring a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and clinical expertise.
As an LPN in this position, you will be responsible for administering medications, performing routine health assessments, and providing direct patient care to the inmate population. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Your role is critical in managing both acute and chronic conditions, responding to emergencies, and ensuring that all patients receive the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols within the correctional facility.
Qualifications:
- Current Alabama (AL) or Multi-State LPN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in a correctional setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
