Key Components of the role will include:

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports to support the team's goals.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, vendors, and team members, providing exceptional service and support.
• Assist in coordinating site visits, events, and promotional activities to showcase our hotel's offerings.
• Monitor and update sales pipeline reports, keeping track of leads, opportunities, and conversion rates.
• Participate in department meetings, offering insights and contributing to strategic discussions.
