Position Summary
Responsible for input and maintenance of new and existing accounts. Assist Relationship Bankers as needed. Audit procedures are included in responsibilities as needed. Assist customers by phone as needed.

- Account related issues
- Account set up
- Compliance questions
- BSA Questions
- BPM Questions
- Maintain electronic filing.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Assist customers on the phone with account related research and problems.
- IRA Support
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of progressively related office experience and/or job specific knowledge in new accounts and account related processes and/or two (2) year degree in related field.
- Knowledge of basic accounting functions.
- Knowledge of basic banking functions.
- Knowledge of keyboard, calculator and other general office equipment.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Good mathematical skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to perform assignments involving some degree of mental alertness, application of sound judgment and average analytical ability.
- Above average degree of initiative and independence.
- Ability to perform work utilizing a computer for extensive periods of time.
- Ability to perform work utilizing a calculator.
- Ability to grasp objects utilizing fingers (fine motor manipulation).
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to hear and speak.
- Ability to lift items of least 25 pounds.
- Ability to work extended hours.
