Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and service various aquatic systems, including backyard water gardens, decorative concrete fountains, swimming pools, and koi ponds.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of aquatic equipment under the supervision of experienced foremen and supervisors.
• Conduct regular checks and balances to ensure all aquatic systems are functioning properly.
• Participate in on-site assessments and prepare service reports detailing the condition of the systems and any recommendations for maintenance or repair.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that all tasks are completed promptly and meet the company’s high standards of quality and safety.
• Adapt to a variety of outdoor working conditions throughout the year, from the heat of summer to the cold of winter.
• Engage fully in physical labor tasks, which can be strenuous, ensuring to follow all health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction in all service-related interactions.

Requirements

• Must be self-motivated and capable of working efficiently without constant supervision.
• Willingness to work alongside our foremen and supervisors in an outdoor setting.
• Ability to endure long, strenuous work hours in both hot and cold seasonal conditions.
• No previous experience required in the field of aquatic services.
• High school diploma or equivalent; no college degree required.
• Excellent physical fitness and ability to engage in physical labor tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• Must be available for full-time work. NO WEEKEND WORK required.
