**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and monitor for any irregularities.
+ Observe and report any security-related concerns, incidents, or hazards encountered during patrols to appropriate personnel.
+ Work both independently and as part of an Allied Universal team to support a secure environment at the commercial real estate location.
+ Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed documentation regarding daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences.
+ Interact with visitors, tenants, and staff in a courteous manner, assisting with directions or information as needed.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
