PAY & BENEFITS

Our Dental Call Center Sales Representatives make $18.00 - $25.00/hour (based on experience). You'll be able to work from home and enjoy growth and advancement opportunities! We also offer dental benefits to our team members.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As our Dental Call Center Sales Representative, you'll be speaking with patients over the phone, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and providing high-quality customer service. You'll need a polite attitude and close attention to detail as you answer incoming phone calls, manage appointments, and enter data into our CRM. You'll also make outbound phone calls to follow up with leads and encourage them to schedule an appointment. Working closely with your call center team, you'll help keep our patients happy and our workdays smooth and efficient!

YOUR HOURS

You'll have a standard 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday schedule with the ability to work from home !
