Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team to build the business operations necessary to efficiently develop, test and manufacture emerging technology products. This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing program budgets and schedules, mitigating risks, and ensuring product delivery aligns with customer and company expectations. The Program Manager will also play a vital role in establishing engineering processes and contributing to the company’s strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the development and execution of business operations including purchasing, inventory, invoicing, and contracts

· Recruit, and develop a team to execute business operations in support of product development

· Develop, document, and implement processes that enable the business to efficiently scale at a high rate spanning a variety of indirect functions

· Attend and/or lead project meetings and provide status including presenting operations status to site leadership

· Define, adjust, and hold team accountable to the organizational operating rhythm, goals and initiatives

· Integrate metrics, develop, and refine dashboards, leverage and embrace digital transformation opportunities to streamline procedures and processes

· Identify, allocate and manage project resources, including workforce planning

Basic Qualifications:

· Undergraduate degree and 8+ years of experience specific to operational needs. Degree in Business, Management, or related field desired.

· Experience developing business processes spanning a variety of indirect functions

· Build relationships and effectively listen and communicate to influence, and ensure accountability across a network of stakeholders

· Analyze and make recommendations around business challenges based on data and metrics

· Eligibility to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Advanced degree in a related field.

· Experience with UNANET ERP GovCon software.

· Business Acumen: The ability to apply knowledge, insights and understanding of business and financial concepts, tools and processes to the benefit of decisions, actions, and performance of a project

· Issue & Problem Resolution: The ability to identify and address project impacts through a systematic, proactive, approach to issue and problem resolution that identifies, communicates, monitors, and promptly resolves conflicts across all levels of the program.

· Planning & Scheduling: The ability to initiate, develop, integrate, execute, direct and control program plans and cost and schedule baselines that meet both program contractual requirements and stakeholder expectations.
