Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) and school-based licensure is needed to support K-12 students in a vibrant educational setting located in Trussville, Alabama. This contract opportunity covers the full school year, providing a stable and rewarding experience for professionals passionate about pediatric speech and language development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across K-12 grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans targeting communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Document and report student progress in compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning

Qualifications:

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist for school settings
• Experience working with pediatric populations in educational environments preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage caseload effectively and maintain documentation standards
