Global Team Staffing is hiring experienced Handymen and Maintenance Technicians for client in Shelby County. Residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and remodeling throughout the Shelby County areas.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and has experience in general maintenance or remodeling.
Job Duties Include:• General home and commercial repairs• Drywall and sheetrock repair• Painting and flooring installation• Basic plumbing and electrical work• Fixture installations• Decking and remodeling projects• Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting• Use of hand and power tools safely and effectively
Requirements:• Previous handyman, maintenance, remodeling, or technician experience preferred• Knowledge of basic repair techniques and construction practices• Ability to use hand and power tools• Strong problem-solving skills• Good communication and customer service skills• Ability to work independently and with a team• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
