Our company is looking for dedicated Entry Level Sales Associates to join our dynamic team in Montgomery. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional shopping experience and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored assistance to ensure satisfaction.
• Create a friendly and inviting shopping atmosphere to attract and retain customers.
• Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and uses, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Address customer questions and concerns promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Accurately handle transactions, manage payments, and maintain a clean and organized sales area.
• Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and participate in training sessions to improve your skills and product knowledge.
• Gather and report customer feedback to contribute to improving the shopping experience.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation is required for this on-site role in Montgomery, Al.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• A genuine enthusiasm for customer service and retail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
