Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate a variety of manual machines including lathes, mills, and grindersInterpret and work from blueprints, sketches, and drawingsOperate and make adjustments to CNC machines when necessaryPerform precision measurements using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gaugesMaintain and inspect equipment to ensure consistent qualityProduce custom, low-volume parts with tight tolerancesFollow safety protocols and standard machining procedures? RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Manual MachinistStrong understanding of CNC machine functions and G-code basicsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsSolid knowledge of materials, speeds, feeds, and cutting toolsMust be detail-oriented and capable of working independentlyHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus??
