As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Huntsville, AL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a leading aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all personnel and visitors. This unarmed position requires you to be attentive, approachable, and ready to respond to various situations with professionalism and integrity. As this is a driving post, a valid driver's license is required to fulfill your patrol duties across the site. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site-specific protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment in an aerospace and defense setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required for positions that involve driving, in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
