- Software needed: AutoCAD is a must, and Plant 3D is a strong plus
- An engineering consulting firm located in Birmingham, Alabama is seeking a Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Designer to oversee the design of HVAC systems for INDUSTRIAL (not residential or commercial) building projects.
- The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering design, particularly in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Responsibilities include developing proposals, performing load calculations, and coordinating with project teams.
- This role offers a comprehensive benefits package
- This position requires fieldwork; must be able to walk through a plant that could be the length of a football field, climb when necessary, and work with project members to complete the industrial project.
