We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Event Coordinator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a wide range of events that align with our brand vision and objectives. Plan and execute corporate events, product launches, and internal functions
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and third-party suppliers
Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans
Handle on-site management and troubleshooting during events
Ensure events align with company goals and brand standards
Maintain detailed records and post-event reports
Collaborate with internal teams to meet event goals and messaging
Monitor attendee satisfaction and implement improvements
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field
1-3 years of proven experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and event planning software
Availability to work evenings or weekends as needed
Competitive salary ($54,000 - $60,000 annually)
