This opportunity is for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position serving students in grades K12 for the 20262027 school year. The role supports a diverse caseload in a school environment located in Alabaster, AL, with an emphasis on pediatric populations, including early childhood and elementary school settings. Caseloads vary depending on your experience and preferences, ranging from moderate to profound speech and language needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for K12 students
• Deliver therapy services tailored to pediatric populations, including early childhood and elementary age groups
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and data for student outcomes and compliance
• Adapt interventions based on student needs and evidence-based practices

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid SLP certification/licensure
• Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations, preferably in early childhood and elementary settings
• Ability to manage a caseload with diverse communication needs
