• Diagnose, operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
• Travel to job sites, coordinate with dispatch, and manage schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service, interact with homeowners, and manage vehicle maintenance and inventory.
• Educate homeowners on additional services and opportunities.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure efficient worksite management.
• Manage schedules, coordinate with dispatch, and handle vehicle maintenance.
• Educate customers on additional services.

• Education : HVAC trade school graduate or related continuing education.
• Physical Ability : Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various conditions (climbing, bending, kneeling).
• Skills : Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Technology : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iOS devices.
• Attitude : Positive attitude, conflict resolution skills, and flexibility in handling multiple tasks.
