Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a calling plan for prospective customers and existing customers and identify touch point opportunities.
  • Schedule regular meetings with regional leadership to identify retail and commercial prospects and create a strategy to acquire new customers and increase share of wallet with existing customers.
  • Refer opportunities to retail banking and commercial banking to grow deposits, treasury management, loans, credit cards, investments, and mortgages.
  • Support retail employees with developing needs-based conversation skills and sales and relationship mentoring for younger associates. Attend meetings and huddles to deliver training on products and services.
  • Assist with board relations including board member onboarding and education, preparation of materials for board meetings, and engaging board members in company and community initiatives.
  • Support marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Represent the bank at community events and utilize networking opportunities to establish and build relationships.
  • Identify speaking opportunities in the community. Develop and deliver presentations.
  • Plan and execute events for customers, prospective customers, and the community. Evaluate results of events and establish a plan for follow up with attendees.
  • Assist with the management of the community sponsorships for the region.
  • Provide human resources consulting to small business customers as a value-added service.
  • Assist with human resources responsibilities in the region to include sourcing and recruiting candidates, onboarding new employees, training, and employee relations.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and service standards. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • All other responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge and Skill Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Eight to ten years of Banking experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Microsoft Office
