Clinical Nurse- Hematology Oncology Office Practice (Commack, NY) (Hiring Immediately)
- Work within a Nurse-Physician/APP based Ambulatory Care Practice Model
- Provide clinical support to staff members, and assist with management of a caseload of l y mphoma, leukemia and multiple myeloma medical oncology patients
- Perform triage for patients face to face and via telephone
- Perform patient assessment, offer patient and family education and symptom management
- Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up
- New York State RN license and BSN
- 1.5 years of oncology experience in an ambulatory care setting is strongly preferred
- BLS certification is required
- Hematology Oncology experience highly preferred

- Schedule: Monday-Friday - 4x 10/ hour flex from: 8:00AM-6:00PM . No weekends/ No Holidays.
