Facility Coordinator (MAC)

Pay: $25–$28 per hour

Are you an organized facilities professional who enjoys staying active and keeping workplace operations running smoothly? We have an immediate opening for a Facility (MAC) Coordinator to support office moves, employee onboarding, workspace reconfigurations, and facility projects in a fast-paced corporate environment.

This position combines project coordination with hands-on physical work , making it perfect for someone who enjoys both planning and execution.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate employee office moves, workstation setups, and departmental relocations
• Move office furniture, equipment, boxes, and supplies as part of daily workplace changes
• Assist with cubicle installations, furniture reconfigurations, and seating assignments
• Partner with HR to prepare workspaces for new employee onboarding and day-one readiness
• Coordinate vendors for furniture installation, painting, cabling, and office modifications
• Submit and track facility work orders and maintain move documentation
• Support space planning efforts to maximize workplace efficiency
• Help execute facility projects with minimal disruption to business operations
• Provide post-move support and assist with occasional after-hours or weekend moves when needed

Qualifications:

• Facility management experience required
• Experience with workplace services, office moves, project coordination, or corporate relocations preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience coordinating vendors and internal stakeholders
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Space planning or CAD experience is a plus
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

• Must be comfortable performing hands-on physical work throughout the day
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to move furniture, office equipment, and workplace materials as needed
• Frequent walking, bending, stooping, and standing while supporting facility projects and office moves
