Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided for candidates who are eager to learn hands-on assembly work in a production environment.

Job Description

• Assemble components for various product lines using appropriate tools and fixtures.
• Perform product testing to verify functionality and quality.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly and testing processes.
  
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  
• Identify mechanical components and ensure correct placement during assembly.
  
• Use hand tools and perform rework techniques when necessary.
  
• Operate assembly equipment and maintain proper dimensions and tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
  
• Accurately create and maintain labor and production records.
  
• Follow established manufacturing processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Required

Education

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay Rate

• $20 - $23 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
