Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract position is available for a Speech Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech services. This role is fully remote, allowing professionals to work from home while supporting school-age clients. Located in the Bessemer, AL area, the assignment offers flexibility and access to dedicated clinical and technical teams for support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services through telepractice to students in a school-based setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments.
- Collaborate remotely with clinical and technical support staff to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and program requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in school settings.
- Previous experience with telepractice is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with reliable internet access.
