Schedule: Part-Time | ~20 hours/week
Availability Required: Monday–Wednesday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Travel: Up to 60-mile radius
Requirements: Reliable vehicle required

Client-Facing Role — No Photography Experience Needed

We’re hiring an outgoing, service-driven professional to join our growing real estate media team in the Huntsville area.

This is not just a photography job — it’s a client-facing brand representative role . You’ll work directly with real estate agents and homeowners while capturing listing media and delivering a consistently professional experience.

No prior photography experience required. We provide paid training and clear systems — you bring the personality, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Compensation & Growth Path

Training Period

• $15/hour (paid training)

After Training (Per-Assignment Pay)

• Standard photoshoots: $25 per unit (~60 minutes on-site)
• After drone certification: $30 per unit
• Video & premium services: higher pay based on project scope

Additional Pay

• Mileage reimbursement: $0.30/mile

What You’ll Do

• Travel to residential properties for scheduled shoots
• Capture interior and exterior listing media using company guidelines
• Represent the brand professionally with clients
• Follow structured processes (no guesswork)
• Upload media after each shoot (no editing required)
• Deliver a smooth, friendly, and professional client experience

Schedule & Availability

• Must be available Monday–Wednesday (9 AM – 5 PM)
• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Travel throughout the Huntsville area (up to 60 miles)
• Flexibility and reliability are essential
